XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
MAKES ONE SICK TO KNOW THIS TYPE OF ACTIVITY IS DONE BY SUPER LAWYERS WHEN THEY KNOW THEY WILL NOT HAVE ACCOUNTABILITY!!!
SUPRISE….
NOW YOU WILL, Terry H Gilbert
MOST SINCERELY,
HakiktaWin….

Dear Timothy:

It was a pleasure speaking with you recently concerning the progress of Arlo’s upcoming
trial.  As I indicated, my involvement with AIM and Indian issues goes back to my role as
attorney during the Wounded Knee trials and for Leonard Peltier when he was tried in 1977
in Fargo, ND.

Vernon Bellecourt is a close friend and client as well.  He obviously is concerned about
Arlo and the direction of the case and has expressed a desire for other attorneys to assist,
informally or more actively, in achieving the best possible result.

I have no doubt that you are working diligently in preparing a defense for Arlo.  However,
I feel compelled to share with you some thoughts for your consideration that may or may not
be of any value.

First, I have been told that Arlo has been sick for years and that there could be an issue
of competency to stand trial, particularly with respect to a 23 year old case.  Second, as I mentioned
over the phone, the report of missing tapes (under the control of the Denver detective involved
in the investigation) is certainly disturbing and could generate a due process issue.

I want you to know that I have no interest in second guessing your work, I only offer
this input in the spirit of cooperation.  If you need any help, feel free to contact me.

                                                                Very truly yours,

                                                                Terry H. Gilbert

Does anybody know who the 3 witnesses that Att. Abourezk represented in Arlo Looking Cloud’s
trial were?

And, does Gilbert practice psychodrama/psychotherapeutic techniques during trials as well?

Notice the manipulation in the letter.

“It was a pleasure speaking with you”

“I have no doubt that you are working diligently”

“I want you to know that I have no interest in second guessing your work”

Understand that with manipulation…. the person doing it is really intending something else, usually the
opposite, although not always.
Being Heyoka, & having the help of extremely brilliant people, we see the patterns of abuse of those involved
here…they should be, & possibly will be disbarred & imprisoned with the other AIM criminals before the dust
settles, let the Government show ever more clearly its corruption & deceipt with all US Citizens their laws are
suppose to protect.

Really important to note…..Vernon Bellecourt re: The Butcher, is a close friend & client as well….
of Terry H Gilbert!
I just got notice today, Ted Means very well may be dead, how convienient…dont know the circumstances yet, however the handlers of AIM very well may be pulling their operatives (re: balls out of the fires) before it leads back to them, & of course, the Executive office & administration, who put this whole corrupt senario in motion in the 1970s….
My personal opinions…. of course!
Pilamayaye yelo, Wakan Tanka…Creators justice rules!
WA’CHOKPE SNI (FEARS NOTHING)‏

Add Judge Davis, Ellison, Pirsol, Rensch, Abourezk($), Obama & there are many many other Attorney/Judges who is all in & in collusion with the systemic corruption within US GOVT.
