Suzanne–We’ll see when Creator brings us together. Blessings, /Harvey
I was so pleased to open your e-mail with your desire to come for a visit.
I have been busy filming the documentary with Louie Lawless, and I apologise for not getting back sooner. I was away from the computer for a few days on a speaking engagement as well.
I am in British Columbia, Canada on Vancouver Island. It is so beautiful this year, I am sure just coming here will make you feel rejuvenated.
There are a few security issues we must deal with before you come. We have the house secured with electronic security, cameras, alarm system, policing…I must make everyone who is protecting me here in my home, know when you are arriving.
My husband will pick you up at the airport, and we have plenty of room here if you’d like to stay with us. We can take care of food and your lodging, if you feel comfortable with that. I do the old Lakota way of the greeting of a guest, the food…gifting, etc.
It is the way I am, and hope that is fine with you. I would only ask that you come alone, and give us the date in advance, so we are prepared for you in every way possible. If you have food restrictions, let me know…or anything you don’t like to eat.
The only time coming up we are not free is the 28th of June, hosting a gathering here for the Sun Dance season.
Please let me know what suits you, and we look forward to spending time with you and the Cannunpas for prayers for your health to be restored. I only ask for a tobacco exchange between us, which will bind us to our word, that our intentions are sincere in our endevor together.
With love and prayers,
Suzanne & Arnie

> LBW: Kevin Annette”s “Unrepentant” is a staggering film and indictment. I’m still reeling from it. Congrats on the documentary. I’ll sure want to see it. Stay in touch, /Harvey

> Dear Harvey,
> Just a private note to you, to let you know the Cannunpa in Old Man Elk Head’s hands in this photo, (Martha Bad Warriors Father)….I have, as well as the Calf Pipe. To view field notes from 1964-1967 from Museum News, be directed toLelaWakan@groups.msn.com. I thought my Uncle Chauncey made It for me, but when I received this information, and looked closely at the photos accompanying the field notes….I saw the Cannunpa I carry, and was passed to me by Fools Crow and Lakota Elders at my naming ceremony 1975, at Green Grass at the WBCPC & SD.
> Filming begins tomorrow on my research in the form of a documentary, by the man who made “Unrepentant” with Kevin Annette, Louie Lawless. All my research, and the corresponding documentation will be available for the people to know their true history.
